Permissions for the Discussions Section

Who can create discussions?

  • Administrators can create discussions in all projects
  • Project Managers can create discussions in projects they manage
  • Project Team Members can create discussions in projects to which they belong
  • Clients can create Published discussions in projects to which they belong

Who can delete discussions?

  • Administrators can delete any discussion in any project
  • Project Managers can only delete discussions in projects they manage
  • Project Team Members can only delete their own discussions
  • Clients can only delete their own discussions

Who can edit discussions?

  • Administrators can edit all discussions
  • Project Managers can edit all discussions for projects they manage
  • Project Team Members can only edit their own discussions
  • Clients can only edit their own discussions

Who can edit posts/replies?

  • Administrators can edit all posts/replies
  • Project Managers can edit all posts/replies for projects they manage
  • Project Team Members can only edit their own posts/replies
  • Clients can only edit their own posts/replies
