The Discussion Details page

Editing discussions

To edit a discussion:

1. Click the Edit icon.

2. Edit the discussion details as needed.

3. Click Save.

Deleting discussions

To delete a discussion:

1. Click the Delete icon.

2. Click Delete discussion.

Adding tasks within a discussion

To add a task to a discussion post:

1. Click the Add Task link.

2. The Add Task module will then appear.

3. Create a new task by filling out the appropriate details or add an existing task by entering the Task ID.

4. Click Add Task.

Removing tasks within a discussion

To remove a task from a discussion post:

NOTE: Removing a task from a discussion does not delete the task. It only removes the association between the task and the discussion.

1. Click the Remove icon.

2. Click Remove Task.

Adding milestones within a discussion

To add a milestone to a discussion post:

1. Click the Add Milestone link.

2. The Add Milestone module will then appear.

3. Create a new milestone by filling out the appropriate details or select an existing milestone.

4. Click Add Milestone.

Removing milestones within a discussion

To remove a milestone from a discussion post:

NOTE: Removing a milestone from a discussion does not delete the milestone. It only removes the association between the milestone and the discussion.

1. Click the Remove icon.

2. Click Remove Milestone.

Adding files within a discussion

To add a file to a discussion post:

1. Click the Add File link.

2. The Add File module will then appear.

3. Browse for the file that you want to add and then click Add File.

Deleting files within a discussion

To delete a file from a discussion post:

NOTE: Deleting a file from a discussion will permanently delete the file.

1. Click the Delete icon.
